This iconic gothic horror film, first released in 1965, is a classic that has captured the imaginations of viewers for decades. Starring Barbara Steele, Paul Muller &, Helga Liné  "Nightmare Castle 3D" tells the tale of a woman and her lover, tortured and killed by her sadistic husband. Of course he didn't foresee that the pair would return from the grave to seek vengeance. 

"Nightmare Castle" aka "The Night of The Doomed" has now been remastered to 3D for the first time, bringing a new dimension of terror and excitement to this already chilling tale.

The 3D Blu-ray is released as a "ULTIMATE 3D BLU-RAY DISC", meaning this disc will play back on modern 3D systems as Digital Stereoscopic 3D (frame-packed) AND ALSO includes a Red Blue Anaglyph Version on the disc for viewers who want the 3D but don't have suitable 3D hardware.

HOW CAN I WATCH THIS 3D FILM AT HOME?

PROJECTOR & 3D BLU-RAY PLAYER

Most modern projectors still support active 3D with either RF or DLP-Link battery powered glasses. Using a projector you get a near cinema experience with a huge picture and great 3D..

And to feed the 3D to the projector you will need a 3D enabled Blu-ray player - of which there are a great many on the market.

VR HEADSET

Projection 3D isn't the only game in town - VR Headsets, ideally the best spec and highest resolution you can afford can do a great job at presenting 3D - grab the side-by-side 3D format film, pop it on the headset and your VR Media Player should be able to do the rest with ease. The effect, when done right is akin to sitting in a cinema watching a 3D film on the huge screen.

CLASSIC STYLE RED BLUE ANAGLYPH 3D

If all else fails and you are desperate for a 3D fix, the old school red-blue anaglyph glasses are always an option. Grab yourself some Red Blue Glasses from Amazon and you'll be ready to jump into the next dimension of terror!
